shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Procedure/Direction:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta to desired firmness (about 8 to 10 minutes)
Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, brown meat until thoroughly cooked; drain
Stir in spaghetti sauce
Simmer for 10 minutes
In a small bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and seasonings; set aside
Toss hot pasta with meat sauce
In 13x9x2 inch baking dish, spoon one-half pasta mixture; spread cheese mixture over top
Layer with remaining pasta; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese
Cover loosely with foil; bake for 25 minutes
Remove foil; bake 5 minutes until hot & bubbly
Makes 14 1 cup servings.. or 7 or 8 normal size servings!!
